Balanced Bodies Wellness LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Balanced Bodies Intelligence (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not store your password in plain text.

Health and Wellness Data. When you use the Service, you may voluntarily submit health, wellness, and lifestyle information, including but not limited to:

• Body weight, body measurements (neck, waist, hip, chest, thigh, arm), and progress photos
• Daily food intake, macronutrient data, and nutrition logs
• Biofeedback data such as sleep quality, stress levels, energy levels, hunger, and digestion
• Movement and activity data (steps, strength sessions, cardio sessions)
• Habit tracking data
• Personal profile information such as sex, date of birth, height, and activity level
• Goal preferences (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain)

You voluntarily submit this data to the platform. We do not collect health data from external sources without your knowledge.

Payment Information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card information. We may receive and store limited billing details such as the last four digits of your card number, card brand, and billing address for record-keeping purposes.

Usage Data. We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, device type, browser type, and general usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and provide the Service, including generating coaching insights, macro recommendations, weekly summaries, and other platform features
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain platform functionality
• Improve and develop the Service, including analyzing usage patterns and refining features
• Maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• Communicate with you about your account, subscription, and Service updates
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Administrative Access to User Data

Authorized personnel of Balanced Bodies Wellness LLC may access user account information and user-submitted data when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including for:

• Customer support and responding to user inquiries
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Account review and administration
• Coaching operations and platform functionality
• System integrity and platform maintenance
• Security monitoring and abuse prevention
• Responding to user requests (e.g., data export, account deletion)

Access to user data is limited to authorized individuals. Administrative access may be logged and audited for security and compliance purposes. We employ reasonable safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share limited information with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Service. These providers include but are not limited to:

• Stripe for payment processing and subscription management
• Cloud hosting providers for infrastructure and data storage
• AI/language model providers for powering automated coaching features
• Email service providers for transactional communications
• Analytics providers for understanding Service usage

These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purposes of providing services to us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, or needed to enforce our agreements. Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

6. Data Deletion and Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data by exporting it through the Settings page (JSON or CSV formats)
• Delete your account and all associated data through the Settings page
• Request information about the data we hold about you by contacting us
• Correct inaccurate data through the Settings page or by contacting us

To exercise any of these rights, you may use the in-app tools or contact us at support@balancedbodies.io. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, access controls, and security event logging. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@balancedbodies.io and we will delete the information promptly.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and operate the Service. These include authentication cookies necessary for you to remain logged in. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
